El Cajon, CA- After winning the first two sets, Hope International could not close the deal on Tuesday night as they fell 3-2 (25-21, 26-24, 16-25, 18-15, 10-15) at San Diego Christian.  Senior Markisha Richie topped the Royals with 12 kills as Juniors Ashley Botana and Summer Mitchell both ended up with 11 kills.

Fullerton, CA- On Tuesday evening, #8 The Master's defeated Hope International 3-0 (25-17, 25-14, 25-21) primarily due to their defensive coverage of the floor.  Senior Markisha Richie and Junior Summer Mitchell both ended the night with 11 kills.

Fullerton, CA- On Saturday night, Hope International make #23 Vanguard work a little harder than the first time they met this season.  In the end, the Royals fell 3-1 to the Lions (25-18, 10-25, 25-20, 25-15).  Senior Markisha Richie produced a strong match with 16 kills and 21 digs (both match highs).

Riverside, CA- Meeting for the third time this season, Hope International and La Sierra played another tight match on Thursday night. The Golden Eagles held off the Royals for a 3-1 win (25-18, 24-26, 25-16, 28-26). Making her season debut, Junior Ashley Botana put home a team high 13 kills while hitting .281.

Orange, CA- Hope International produced exactly 11 kills in all three sets on Tuesday but fell 3-0 (25-17, 25-15, 25-16) to Chapman. Freshman Kaylee Hagey had a team high 10 kills.
