ROCKLIN, CA – Hope International opened their NorCal trip to William Jessup and Menlo with a tilt against the Warriors of WJU on Thursday, October 27 at 12:30 pm. A rainy day made no difference to the Royals' offense and HIU walked off with a dominant 6-1 road victory.

FULLERTON, CA – Hope International hosted Arizona Christian on Saturday, October 22, and celebrated Senior Day in the final regular-season home game of the 2016 season. Five seniors were honored before the match as Jacqueline Talley, Brittany Batterton, Brittney Stone, Samantha Cabrera, and Taylor Hollywood played what may have been their final home game at Fullerton College.

Hope International hosted the undefeated No. 5 Biola Eagles on Wednesday, October 19 in a GSAC matchup looking for its second GSAC win of the season. The Eagles were coming off a 10-day bye and the Royals entered the match with a three-game losing streak after dropping conference matches to Vanguard, The Master's, and Westmont.

SANTA BARBARA, CA – The Royals took on No. 11 Westmont on Saturday, October 15, in a rematch of a 2-1 loss to the then-No. 3 Warriors from earlier in the 2016 season. HIU entered the match looking to snap a losing streak but was unable to overcome the Warriors' offense on their home turf.

SANTA CLARITA, CA – The Royals traveled to face the Mustangs of The Master's University on Tuesday in a GSAC tilt with an eye for fourth place in the conference standings. The Royals fought their best but were unable to upend the Mustangs on the road.
